The Central Catholic Community celebrated Ash Wednesday on March 1 in the CCHS Gym. In recognition of the symbolic ashes of burned palm leaves, and the importance of putting worship ahead of self-preoccupation, the service, led by Father Cowie, was a poignant reminder of the duty and obligation we have as a community to honor God and what He teaches us through His Son, Jesus Christ.
